SS Basics is a package of software products that we, through 15 years of experience, have found are needed by any company. This package includes a corporate web site, a mobile application, and a CRM application. The reason behind this is simple. A web site is a must have now the same as a phone number. A mobile application is a similar needed presence on the mobile application stores. Finally any company has customers, marketing, sales, and support activities; therefore a CRM application is needed.

We propose SugarCRM as a CRM solution. We provide installation, training, and customization on the Community edition. Optional training on Zucker reports is provided as well.
